1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tour de Force Font Foundry website (tourdefonts.com) and the purchase of typefaces and related products. By accessing this site or purchasing a licence, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Tour de Force Font Foundry — operating as Dušan Jelesijević PR Agencija za grafički dizajn Tour de Force Font Foundry Gornji Milanovac, registered in Serbia (Registration ID: 65543923, VAT ID: 111619173), Česmenska 18, 32300 Gornji Milanovac, Serbia ("we", "us", "our") — is an independent type foundry. All typefaces sold through this site are original works protected by intellectual property law.

2. Licence Agreement

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased typeface(s) according to the licence type selected at checkout.

Desktop Licence — for use in desktop applications such as word processors, design software, and presentations on a specified number of workstations.

Web Licence — for use on websites via CSS @font-face, measured by monthly pageviews.

App Licence — for embedding in mobile or desktop applications distributed to end users.

E-Book Licence — for embedding in electronic publications (ePub, PDF) distributed to readers.

3. Restrictions

You may not, without prior written permission:

Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the font files.

Modify or reverse-engineer the font files.

Use the fonts for purposes beyond the scope of the purchased licence.

Share the font files with third parties who have not purchased a licence.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Prices are listed in EUR and may be converted to your local currency at checkout.

Because font files are delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once the files have been downloaded. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at website@tourdefonts.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All typefaces, artwork, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Tour de Force Font Foundry or its respective designers. No ownership of any typeface is transferred by purchase — you are purchasing a licence to use the font, not the font itself. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
